The JONAA region is defined by, the small countries and communities that share the shores of the North Atlantic ocean and have largely developed from the closeness to its wealthy waters.

Communities and people connected through shared history, similar environment and nature and who face much the same challenges. A region where understanding of neighbours exceeds borders and provides opportunities on levels of culture, business and policy for more communication and more cooperation.
